Here are my two latest blankets. The one above is a snuggle blanket for my granddaughter Emily who is seven.
This is Ruby's snuggle blanket.Ruby is Emily's younger sister and she is five. Both blankets measure about 4ft(120cm) by 3ft6inches(110cm).They are big enough to snuggle under but not too heavy.I used Stylecraft Special Dk which is lovely and soft but not expensive.I had hoped to photograph them out side but being on crutches that was a task too far!I am sure they will love them.
It is one week since my op and I am making progress I think. My wound which is 10" long is healing nicely and I am being a good girl and doing my exercises 4 times a day.I actually ventured out this morning. We needed to book tickets at the theatre so I went along and hobbled into the bistro for a coffee.A nice change of scene.C is being very good looking after me.He gave a talk to our Art Appreciation Group yesterday on the artist Adolphe Valette. He taught L.S.Lowry.This afternoon he is at his Philosophy Group discussing Nietsche!!I'm reading a women's magazine!
How relaxed is our cat?If you can find two cushions to sleep on-great and if its in the sun even better.
Glad you are healing. If we could only be as relaxed as your cat, life would be perfect.
