Snowdrops at Ness Gardens

It was lovely and sunny this morning so we decided a little stroll in Ness gardens would be good.It does my soul good going there. These snowdrops were a surprise given the awful weather we had last week.Ness gardens are on the Wirral peninsula and they certainly get better weather than us in North Wales, much milder.
There were even primroses out.We sat on a bench in the sun for about twenty minutes. It was so peaceful. All you could hear was the trickle of water and the birds.Just to feel the sun on your face does you good.I just need my op on the 13th Feb to go ahead and then I can start looking forward.I feel life has been on hold since this sorry tale about my knee started way back in September.Watch this space. What could possibly go wrong this time.

  3. Doesn't it make you feel good to see the spring flowers sprouting.
This winter seems to have been endless days of grey skies and rain.
It's lovely and sunny here today and it makes such a difference.
    Have a nice weekend

  4. Oh I do hope all goes well for you this time around. And do you know I think I fancy a first spring visit to Ness Gardens too :)

Do you ever get to Abbeywood (A51 out of Chester towards Nantwich) ... if not do give it a try ... small but perfectly formed and with a great teashop :)

  12. Hi I'm your swap partner, and as I have got the parcel together I thought oops!,I need an address. Can't think why I forgot that important part of the swap. If you just send it to my email simpsonsnz@hotmail.com I,ll post it off.I had bought you some of my favourite chocolate, until I read your not into chocolate, so I did the right thing and ate it myself, that's how noble I am. Thanks Barbara
