Blanket Club

My March parcel for the Debbie Abraham's Blanket Club arrived today.I really like this month's colours .Options are given and so choices have to be made now which affect the whole blanket.
I am feeling much better today and have done a 2o minute walk.C was out walking with his walking group and then they have a pub lunch which means I have the house to myself.I am sure that sounds terrible but when you are retired you do sometimes need your own space.
Not much to blog today.I had better get reading as my second reading group meets on friday and I am only a third of the way through the book.It is Sarah Dunant's Sacred Hearts.

  1. Oh no I missed mine - the postman put a red card through the door so I have to go to the sorting office on Saturday to collect it. I do so envy you being retired sometimes :) I know what you mean though. After a week of having the entire family at home - half term - and trapped because the weather was so awful - I was glad to get back to work.

  2. Ooh! Lovely colours. Are all the squares knit in Rowan Classic DK?

  3. I love those colours! I also love having the house to myself sometimes- well just me and the dog!
    Love Kathy xxx

  4. Sorry I missed the cold post - Lemsip was the only thing that helped, the decongestant tried hard to empty my sinuses but only lasted a short while! Hope yours is not the same cold as mine!

I love the blanket club so far, I have been watching on Ravelry and at Stash basket blog as well but am glad I did not join as I think I would have got too far behind by now. I can't even keep up with myself at the moment!

PS everyone needs a bit of space now and again - it doesn't sound awful and it is important in any relationship.
